Each year, 21 young women from different countries are selected and connected with established women mentors from the WEF global network. Fellows serve as youth ambassadors and community leaders, creating measurable impact throughout the year.
Open to girls and young women aged 12–21 worldwide who show leadership potential, curiosity, and a drive to create positive impact.

How the programme works
01Express interestSubmit the Join form to register your interest in Y.WEF and the Fellows Programme. This is not a final selection decision.
02Review & shortlistThe Y.WEF team reviews applications for fit, motivation, and readiness to take on a year-long project.
03Mentorship & projectSelected Fellows are paired with WEF mentors and develop a practical project with measurable community impact.
04Ambassador yearFellows represent Y.WEF in their communities and share progress toward the Annual Summit.
